The webinar “The personnel costs optimization” was conducted on November 1, 2017

In the webinar, organized by the CFO CAFÉ, on  the 1st of November, 2017, Olga Mitkina, PhD., LLM, head of the corporate law department of "Expert Discovery" company, discussed the 16 ways of safe reduction of personnel costs.

The webinar was attended by over 100 people. During the webinar  participants discussed, how optimization of the organizational structure allows to reduce the personnel costs, how to change safely the system of remuneration, which additional staff costs can be reduced.
